Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) required GST Registration if that HUF has a supply of goods or services which is required to get GST Registration for running.

  1. Photo of Stakeholder (Promoter / Partner)
  2. Photo of the Authorised Signatory
  3. Proof of Appointment of Authorised Signatory (Any One) – Letter of Authorisation, Copy of Resolution passed by BoD/ Managing Committee and Acceptance letter
  4. Proof of Principal Place of business (Any One)

While registration we need to upload scanned photocopies of each record entered. File format should be JPEG/PNG only and file size allowed 100 KB to 1MB.

In case you are unable to upload any document, check the Internet connectivity, file size and format of the document you are trying to upload.

Note Points for filling of Application for New GST Registration

  • Enter taxpayer name as recorded on PAN Card. In Proprietorship concern, enter name of the proprietor at Legal Name and mention PAN of the proprietor. Based on Income Tax database PAN shall be verified
  • For verification Provide Email Id and Mobile Number of primary authorized signatory and If they want to communicate in the future it must be verified through (OTP) One Time Passwords which is sent separately, before filling up Part-B of the application.
  • Need to upload scanned copy of the declaration signed by the Proprietor/all Partners/Karta/Managing Directors and whole-time Director/Members of Managing Committee of Associations/Board of Trustees etc by the applicant. In case the business declares a person as Authorised Signatory.
